Chica Project sets young women up with the skills, tools, contacts, and self-confidence to launch themselves into adulthood and in whatever path they choose. They do this work to ensure that more Brown and Black chicas—of every culture and ethnicity—can reach their full potential.

As Chica Project was approaching the next phase of its organizational development the leadership team wanted to conduct a values process to ensure alignment across the organization on the attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors that guide their work.
